June 16th,
2023, Friday –

Left for Fort Collins, Colorado at about 10AM.  Arrived in Fort Collins about 8PM.  Spent a couple days with Cecilia’s sister
Gloria and husband Daryl.  Nice 2-day
visit.

June 18^th,
2023, Sunday – Day 1

Left Fort Collins about noon and headed for Estes Park.  Checked in to Jellystone cabin a little after
3PM.  Jeremy, Jamie, and Brad had already
checked in.  Met most of the group at Big
Horn Café for dinner.  Met Sarah Nelson
and Mark, Margie, Christy and family, Jamie, Martin, Barbara and Adam, Glen and
Ann made it for dinner.  This was the
only chance to spend time with Sarah since was only in Estes Park for
Sunday.  Finished the day with a campfire
at Jamie and Bob’s cabin.

June 19^th,
2023, Monday – Day 2

Met for coffee and breakfast at Jennifer/Michael’s
cabins.  Cowboy coffee with Jeremy doing
the coffee slinging was enjoyed by many. 
The bacon over the campfire was scarfed up by many, especially the kids.
After breakfast, the group dispersed in their own direction.  Many of headed up to Bear Lake,  Martin & Glen group had a 10AM timed
entry ticket so they were the first group to go up.  Tom, Merle, Jeremy, Jennifer John and Brad,
in 4-car, group had a 4PM timed entry ticket.  Great time at Bear Lake and several water
falls in the region.

Met back at Jennifer/Michael’s cabin for evening time around
the campfire. 

June 20^th,
2023, Tuesday – Day 3

Met for coffee and breakfast at Jennifer/Michael’s
cabin.  Cowboy coffee with Bob doing the coffee
slinging.  Getting ready for group lunch
at Stanley Park by Estes Lake was the main topic.  Everyone was in attendance for the lunch at
Stanley Park.  Lot of good food and fun
for everyone.  Kids spent time at
basketball courts and at the zip line in the park.   Rest of
day was a mixture of visits to downtown and other activities.  Went downtown with Martin and Barbara to
listen to music at amphitheater next to Big Horn Café.

Met back at Jennifer/Michael’s cabin for evening time around the campfire. 

June 21^st,
2023, Wednesday – Day 4

No Coffee for the morning. 
Jennifer, Michael, and family headed home in addition to Martin, Barbara,
and Adam & Christy’s family heading for Denver to watch soccer game.  Tom/Cecilia, Jeremy, Brad, Ben, Jacob, John/Christine
& Hazel, Bob, Jamie, Tommy, and Teddy headed up to RMNP and Trail Ridge
Road and 7:30AM.  Went over the mountain
top and had lunch at Grand Lake.  After
lunch we rented a pontoon boat for a 1 ½ hour float on the lake.  (Boat for 13 people.)  Glen & Ann spent time with Jim, Penny,
and family at their Airbnb.

Met back at Tom & Cecilia’ cabin for evening time around
the campfire. (Kind of got rained out. 
Jamie, Brad and I spent most to the time hiding on the deck out of the
rain.)

June 22^nd,
2023, Thursday – Day 5

Met for coffee and breakfast at Tom & Cecilia’s cabin.  Cowboy coffee, with Glen doing the coffee
slinging, along with bacon & eggs.  After
Breakfast, we went down to Stanley hotel and signed up for a 2PM tour.  Jeremy, Brad, Ben Jacob, John/Christine &
Hazel, Bob, Jamie, Tommy, and Teddy were there too, not taking the tour.  Met at “The Post” for lunch.  Lunch was good for everyone. After lunch,
Cecilia and I went on the tour.  Very
nice tour.  Went back to RMNP with Bob,
Jamie and family to see the Alluvial Fan / Waterfalls.  Very nice and got some great videos.

Met back at Tom & Cecilia’ cabin for evening time around. the campfire.  Cecilia noticed a string of lights in the sky well after

dark.  We conclude we saw Skylink, which is the SpaceX program to launch internet satellites to provide service to remote
areas. Per my internet search, Skylink launches were visible in Estes Park in June .

June 23^rd,
2023, Friday – Day 6

Headed home about 10AM. 
Stopped to in Estes Park to buy a rock before heading home.
